This is my version of bean dip! Serve with tortilla chips. Great for parties.
Ingredients:
- 1 can vegetarian refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 container guacamole (wholly guacamole brand is the best!)
- 1 package shredded cheddar
- 1 package shredded monterrey jack
- 3 chopped roma tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
Mix taco seasoning and sour cream together until blended in a small bowl.
Layer ingredients in this order:
- Beans
- Sour cream/taco seasoning mixture
- Guacamole
- Shredded monterrey jack
- Shredded cheddar
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green onion
Chill in fridge.
