Cinnamon Coffee Bundt Cake

This cake will melt in your mouth. My husband loves it. The last time I made it I forgot to add the eggs which made it totally inedible which was heart breaking.


Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tb cinnamon


Glaze Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tb milk


Preheat oven to 350*. Grease bundt pan. Stir together cake mix, pudding mix, water, applesauce and oil. In a smaller bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon.  Pour 1/3 of the cake batter into pan, 1/3 of the sugar mixture, 1/3 batter, 1/3 sugar, last of batter and finally last of sugar.
Bake 20 minutes and then turn oven down to 325* and bake 40-45 minutes additionally. 
Prepare glaze and drizzle over cake. Glaze can be doubled and cinnamon/sugar mixture can even be doubled just depending on your taste. The picture above is with the glaze recipe as posted. If you want more glaze, double it!
